  Hi my name is Danni Petraitis.  I'm known as "Danni-Girl."
I love to wakeboard and I'm living my dream riding the women's pro while attending college.  I want to be involved getting the sport more recognized. During 2008 ~ 2010 , I was able to ride the Women's Pro Tour and I met some wonderful  talented riders.  I also helped with the Liquid Force Maven Sessions and was able to ride with Amber Wing, Shelby Kantar along meeting and hanging with Melissa Marqueet and Andrea Fountain.  What great inspirations these professional women athletes are. I also was able to hang with Shawna Hoffman who is an awesome wakeboarder and a wonderful friend. 

The end of the 2009 season I broke my femur .  The 2010 season was a great test of determination and hope...   My last surgery is  Nov.-2010.   A special thanks to all of the support from my friends, family, sponsors, and doctors.  I don't think this healing process could be as speedy and positive otherwise. 

 I'm a NorCal Girl riding mostly on beautiful Lake Shasta in Northern California.  I'm 19 years old and currently attending CSU, Long Beach.  I belong to Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and  I'm leaning towards a business  and psychology degree.  Currently, I'm riding at the Marine Stadium in Long Beach,CA and love being on the  Long Beach State Wakeboard Team .

 I'm a competitive athlete with incentive and determination to be the best wakeboarder I can possibly be.
